 The Nutty Bavarian began business in 1989 selling fresh roasted,  cinnamon glazed nuts using a Bavarian recipe developed by Bruno the  Bavarian. 

 The Nutty Bavarian offers fresh roasted, cinnamon glazed almonds, cashews, and pecans from portable carts conveniently situated at theme parks, arenas, stadiums and large shopping malls all across the country. Our gourmet glazed nuts continue to be a major success, as they generate excellent sales revenue without competing with traditional snack items such as popcorn, ice cream, etc.
